#26 - Loan Application Checklist

The process of getting a mortgage can be nerve-racking if you are not prepared for it.  The following checklist will prepare you for the process by allowing you to gather all the information that could possibly be required.  But relax, a great many of the items mentioned in this checklist will not be required (depending on your credit score and the loan program you are applying for).
